Monthly General Assembly Meeting
The Owan Association of Houston (OAH) held its Monthly General Assembly meeting on February 1st, 2026, hosted by the President, Mr. Osaretin Ojeiduma. It was another wonderful opportunity for our community to connect and discuss the exciting growth of our association.
During the meeting, the President welcomed our newest members, Mr. & Mrs. Obadan, and provided updates on the standing committees established to lead our 2026 initiatives. A major highlight was the unanimous agreement to transition to a new meeting format featuring dedicated venues and group hosting to accommodate our expanding membership. We also reaffirmed our commitment to the value of in-person meetings as the backbone of our association’s strength.
As is our tradition, we concluded by celebrating our February birthday celebrants with our usual cake cutting.
